If you are like a lot of new marketers, you probably have several great marketing ideas. The problem is, many new marketers let their great marketing ideas fade, and don’t ever try to use them.
Here are 3 tips that should help you to finally get started putting your marketing ideas into action.
Putting things off is the #1 problem. You need to have a plan, and some type of time management system in place. Prioritize your tasks and keep a to do list of everything that needs to get done. You don’t have to get to technical with this. You don’t need the latest software or app to manage yourself, unless those things will truly help you manage your time better.
No matter how much you don’t feel like doing something, as the Nike slogan says- “Just do it!” Don’t put off to tomorrow, what you can and should do today. Your future self will thank you for maximizing each day now.
You won’t know unless you try. Assume that you can do almost anything, because you can! You may not be ready to do it now, but don’t set up mental roadblocks for yourself in advance.
When you need to accomplish something, remember the name “Will Resourceful”. Have the “Will” to see it through and be “Resourceful” enough to get the job done.
3. Wasting Money
This one is important, especially if you are starting out with a limited budget. Before you spend money on something, write a list of the pros and cons first.
